Brand new Funkytown faces the lake and its spectacular sunsets, next to Baby-Plage. For adults and youngsters alike it's sure to be very popular among visitors to the festival. It starts up at 6pm for the afterwork and goes on…
The organizers have planned an eclectic programme to suit all musical tastes. With 17 concerts on the covered stage of the Chapiteau erected along the quay, nights will pulse to the beat of rock, electro, funk, pop rock, and latino music, nicely spiced with a sprinkling of humour. Several DJs will heat up the turntables until midnight and even later on weekends. Just next door, the Rotonde under the stars, where DJs will mix and spin disco, pop rock and all style evenings, and of course a special 1st of August Swiss Night complete with alpenhorns, flag tossers and bell ringers.
